Is this Notion weight loss tracker template free?
Yes. The weight loss tracker is completely free to duplicate and use in your own Notion workspace. You can customize the fields, units, views and layout to fit the way you track.
What is a Notion weight loss tracker?
A Notion weight loss tracker is a page for recording your weight, measurements and progress toward a goal. This template combines your goal weight, weigh-in log, weekly and monthly targets, progress stats, weight graph and body measurements inside one Notion page.
What is included in the free weight loss tracker template?
The template includes a goal weight and deadline, automatic weekly and monthly targets, a weigh-in log in table and calendar views, energy and mood tracking, a progress score out of 100, a weight over time graph and a body measurement tracker.
How do the weekly and monthly targets work?
Enter your goal weight and the date you want to reach it. The template divides the remaining weight across the time you have left and shows you a weekly and a monthly target, updating both as you log weigh-ins and as the weeks count down. If a target looks steeper than you want, move the date back and everything recalculates.
How much weight should I aim to lose each week?
That depends on your starting point, your health and how much time you have, so it is worth asking a doctor or a qualified coach before setting a target. As a rule, a pace you can hold for months beats a pace you can hold for two weeks. The template lets you move your deadline at any time, so you can set a gentler target whenever you want one.
Can I track body measurements?
Yes. The measurements table lets you log a date and then record neck, chest, waist and other measurements, so you can track changes the scale does not show.
Does it track energy and mood?
Yes. Every weigh-in can include an energy level and a mood, which makes it much easier to spot patterns between how you are eating, training and sleeping and how the number is moving.
Can I change my goal weight or deadline later?
Yes. Update either one and your targets, progress score and remaining weeks and months all recalculate automatically.
Can I use it in kg or lbs?
Yes. The tracker works with whichever unit you enter. Use kg or lbs consistently and every calculation follows.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. The template works in the free Notion mobile app, so you can log a weigh-in straight after standing on the scale.
Can I use this to track weight gain instead?
Yes. Set a target above your current weight and the template works the same way, giving you weekly and monthly targets to hit and tracking your progress toward them.
How do I get the free Notion weight loss tracker template?

Can personal trainers use this with clients?
